I also have the 'Canon Easy web Print toolbar' and even though FF was my default browser it still installed on IE. A call to Canon revealed that no matter what your default browser is it will allways install on IE.
I have managed to make the toolbar appear by doing the following: - removed (unticked) the Google toolbar and the Easy-web toolbar appeared magically in its place.
